RETURN / EXCHANGE / PAYMENT
In case your order did not suit you we can offer you an exchange to the right size. If you're interested to exchange the item, please reach us within 7 days from the date of receipt of the parcel and we will advise on how to do that. Only items of proper quality with all tags can be exchanged.
Return of goods is possible within 7 days from the date of receipt of the order. The purchased items must be in perfect trade condition (new, clean and unused) with all garment tags attached.
Please note: the items ordered according to the individual measurements are non returnable.

All the costs for shipping are at the expense of the customer. After receiving the goods of proper quality, we will make a refund within 5-10 days.
RETURN / EXCHANGE REQUIREMENTS
1. Item must be in perfect condition with all labels/tags/packaging attached.
2. We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange if the merchandise does not meet our standards. Goods that are returned with damages may not be accepted, and may be sent back to the customer.
Please note: Tailor/Custom made orders are non-refundable and can not be exchanged. The refund is only made to a bank card using the details provided in the refund application, regardless of the payment method.
